I’ve been through quite a journey when it comes to getting dinner on the table. I’ve always loved to cook but it’s evolved from childhood favorites, to more elegant plated dishes, to quick family meals. More recently, I’ve taken steps to reduce processed food ingredients, seed oils, and genetically modified foods whenever we can. We’re definitely not perfect, and are still learning every day. My recipes are written in a way that allows you to customize to your family’s needs and what you have on hand, while also reducing processed ingredients.

Mine is a family of home-bodies. So, when we’re making an effort to create memories together, they’re usually activities we can do at home together. This website is full of ideas to connect as a family with a lower financial investment.

When we made it our mission to spend more time with family and friends, I wanted to come up with a way to host that felt relaxed and fun, not just for the guests, but for myself as well.
